How do you select hospitals for your guide?
We focus on hospitals with international patient services, JCI accreditation (where available), strong specialty rankings, and proven experience treating international patients.
Can you help with medical visas?
We can provide guidance on the visa application process and help you obtain invitation letters from hospitals. However, we are not a visa agency and cannot guarantee visa approval.
What languages does your support team speak?
Our support team primarily communicates in English and Chinese. For other languages, we can arrange professional interpreters.
